In 2025, we’re setting out to help you reset your health, boost your energy, and sharpen your focus.

True change begins with habits. You become what you repeatedly do. We want to help you build the right habits—habits that work automatically to make you healthier, stronger, and more confident.

And we’re going to do it together. Change is hard, but with expert coaching and the power of a supportive community, it becomes possible.

This is the Lean Living Challenge:

  • Lean Protein: 3 meals per day.

  • Veggies Galore: Half your plate filled with colorful vegetables.

  • Hydration Boost: 3 Litres of water every day.

  • Whole Foods: Ditch the processed and eat real, nourishing foods.

These habits aren’t simple. Drinking 3 litres of water daily can feel like climbing a mountain. Filling half your plate with veggies may seem daunting at first. But that’s why we’re in it together. You’ll have the tools, the team, and the motivation to succeed.

Here’s how we’ll make it happen:

  1. Accountability: The challenge costs £47. This isn’t just for coaching—it’s to make sure you commit. When you invest in yourself, you’re far more likely to see it through.

  2. Tracking: You’ll receive a daily habits tracker to measure your progress. Stick it on your fridge, mark off your wins, and watch the progress build.

  3. The Prize: Achieve 90% compliance (108 checked boxes) and earn a Strength Made Simple T-shirt.

  4. The Future: At the end of 30 days, you’ll meet with a coach to review your progress and set your next steps toward lasting success.

Jan 20th – Feb 16th , 2025.
